Tracy Hayes
Owner/Director
Occupational Therapist
Tracy Hayes OTR/L has been an OT for 25 years. She graduated from East Carolina University in 1998. She has practiced OT in a variety of settings serving adults and older adults including home health, skilled nursing facility, outpatient rehab, and hospital settings. Additionally, she has also provided OT to pediatric populations in early intervention, school system, and outpatient pediatric settings.
She is from Davidson County NC, but has lived in Havelock for many years. She has been married since 1992 to a Retired Marine (OORAH!) and they were stationed at both MCAS Cherry Point and MCAS Yuma AZ. They have two grown children and a spoiled doggie. Tracy enjoys walking/finding seashells on the beach, playing card/board games, entertaining friends/family, and cheering on her beloved Carolina Hurricanes (GO CANES!).
Tracy founded Magnolia Bridge Home and Health LLC in 2020, and it became licensed with the State as a Home Care Agency in 2021. This is certainly a labor of love, as she considers this Agency her "baby" and has big dreams for it! She strives to provide personal, optimal, and excellent care for Clients, by investing in highly qualified and experienced Therapists.
In addition to running the Agency, Tracy also serves as our Occupational Therapist. She is grateful for the opportunity to provide optimal skilled OT services in the comfort of your home! She is experienced, compassionate, and provides excellent OT to help you improve your independence with the daily tasks that you need and want to do. She specializes in aging in place, dementia, upper extremity dysfunction, and home safety, as well as general OT interventions such as ADL training, fine motor/visual motor, therapeutic exercise/activities, Client/Family education, and more. She will perform a thorough OT evaluation and then develop an individual OT treatment plan of care in order to meet your specific needs.
Terra Erdner
Physical Therapist
Originally from Southern California, Terra has called NC home since 2005. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration at UCF in Orlando, Florida and obtained a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Elon University in 2011. She has over 13 years of experience in PT working with geriatrics, adults and adolescents treating various musculoskeletal and neurological dysfunctions and disorders. She has been married for 8 years and has two children, Cameron (6 yrs old) and Willow (2 yrs old). They are happy to call Morehead City home since December of 2024. She looks forward to applying her experience to help our patients of Carteret County.
Holly Peck
Physical Therapist
Holly graduated from The Medical College of VA in 1990 with a BS in Physical Therapy and graduated from The College of St. Scholastica with a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011. She has 34 years of experience providing in-home physical therapy for patients 0 to 100. She has also provided sports medicine services for 15 years to high school athletes on the sidelines of every sport from football to lacrosse to swimming. She moved to NC from MD 11 years ago and has been married for 33 years to her husband who is a high school teacher. They have 2 daughters: one is a science teacher and the other is a college softball player majoring in biology. They love to golf and travel. She is excited to continue her clinical career with Magnolia Bridge!
Robin Di Giacomo
Speech Language Pathologist
Robin Di Giacomo, M.S., CCC-SLP graduated from Baylor University with her Bachelor's Degree in Education and Master's Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology. She has been a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist for 41 years at both pediatric and adult hospitals, rehabilitation units/centers, and private clinics in Dallas, Birmingham, Atlanta, and Charlottesville. She was also a Clinical Instructor at the University of Virginia, supervising graduate students in the Department of Sciences and Communication Disorders.
Robin and her husband moved to New Bern in 2018 with plans to eventually retire near the water. Robin grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana and her husband Alex grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut. They have 2 grown children, a daughter-in-law and son-in-law, and 3 grandchildren, who unfortunately (!) live outside of North Carolina in Atlanta and Salt Lake City.
Speech Pathologists address impairments in speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing due to a variety of neurological disorders and diagnoses involving the larynx. Robin enjoys the functionality of providing speech therapy services in the home and being able to include Caregivers in setting goals and learning strategies for communication and swallowing. She will complete an initial evaluation to determine strengths and areas of need, and then develop and carry out an individualized treatment plan for the Client to improve communication and swallowing skills. She enjoys getting to know each Client and their Family to provide services that are relevant to their daily living.
